The Ohio Professional Bail Association was formed in the summer of 2018 to protect and preserve the bail industry in Ohio while educating the Agent to be the best he/she can be. Since that day in late August, we have been traveling across the State meeting with Agents helping them solve the current issues they are facing in their counties/courts systems. The Ohio Professional Bail Agent has been left to survive on their own for too long. This Association is different as it does three things never before done in Ohio.
1: We have joined with the oldest and largest Association in Ohio, the Ohio State Bail Bond Association. We now have a relationship with Continued Education like never before.
2: We have made our bylaws with a board sitting with term limits attached. No one can run for a particular office more than twice. We do not want the board members to be idol in their pursuit to help us build a good reputation not only in this state but in the nation.
3: No one company can control the board. We have a policy that the agency and companies must not control the board. No back door votes on issues and policies.
This is the MEMBERS ASSOCIATION and we work for them.
THE OHIO PROFESSIONAL BAIL ASSOCIATION IS MADE UP OF AGENTS WHO ARE THE BEST IN THE STATE.
